“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.” – John Green, The Fault in our Stars
I had this “weird evangelical zeal” today.
After I had finished Artemis Fowl.
The end was so perfect and sad and funny and awesome and …
I really love the book.
So this morning I just spent my time laying in bed and read.
And after I had finished I just lay there and thought about the book and that I´ll never be happy again. Because I actually read the book. THE BOOK. It feels like something is missing now.
As always the boys were surfing and finally they got their sailing license. (Congratulations again. )
Tomorrow I´m going to have to do an SUP course too. (SUP = stand-up-paddling)
So in the afternoon we drove to List (It´s in the north of Sylt.). There we visited this garden furniture shop, where we were last year to.

Later we drove to Westerland.
There was a wine festivity on the promenade.
Everywhere you could see or hear street artists. It had a really nice atmosphere.
We had dinner there at one stand, but sadly they had a Helene Fischer CD on. I don’t want to say something against her music, but it´s really not my type. Oddly my brother could sing along the most songs.
Later we drove back home.
